*FLAG RULES-

GREEN FLAG -START OR RESTART OF RACE. WHEN THE YELLOW LIGHT GOES OFF DURING THE PARADE LAP, THE FLAGMAN IS READY TO START THE RACE. ALL CARS MUST HOLD THEIR POSITION UNTIL THE GREEN FLAG IS DISPLAYED. IF THE YELLOW COMES OUT BEFORE THE COMPLETION OF THE FIRST LAP, THERE WILL BE AN ORIGINAL RESTART, EXCEPT FOR THOSE CARS INVOLVED IN BRINGING OUT THE YELLOW WILL BE SENT TO THE REAR OF THE FIELD.

YELLOW FLAG -SLOW DOWN IMMEDIATELY AND HOLD YOUR POSITION. WE DO NOT RACE BACK TO THE START / FINISH LINE ON YELLOW. YELLOW FLAG LAPS DO NOT COUNT AND THE RESTART WILL BE DETERMINED BY THE LAST COMPLETED GREEN LAP (THE ONLY EXCEPTION WILL BE IF MOST OF THE CARS HAVE CROSSED THE START / FINISH LINE AND THE ONLY CARS LEFT ARE OFF THE PACE AND/OR WOULD BE IN THE SAME POSITION). CARS CAUSING AND/OR INVOLVED IN THE YELLOW WILL RESTART AT THE REAR OF THE FIELD. ALL DECISIONS OF THE OFFICIALS IS FINAL. ANY CAR GOING TO THE PITS DURING THE YELLOW FLAG PERIOD WILL RESTART THE RACE AT THE REAR OF THE FIELD AND WILL NOT LOSE ANY LAPS, PROVIDED THE RACE HAS NOT BEEN RESTARTED. OFFICIALS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO UTILIZE THE YELLOW FLAG TO CHECK CARS FOR LEAKS, SMOKE, SPARKS, ETC. AFTER THE CAR(S) HAVE BEEN CHECKED, IF NO PROBLEM IS FOUND CARS WILL MAINTAIN THEIR POSITIONS. IF A PROBLEM IS FOUND THEY WILL BE SENT TO THE PITS AND THE PIT RULE WILL APPLY.

IF THE YELLOW MUST BE USED DURING THIS LAP, THE RACE MUST BE RESTARTED AND THERE WILL BE TWO(2) LAPS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE RACE (GREEN/WHITE/CHECKERED). BUT IF THE RED FLAG MUST BE USED DURING THIS LAP, THE RACE WILL BE CONSIDERED FINISHED AND POSITIONS WILL BE DETERMINED BY THE LAST COMPLETED LAP, WITH ALL CAR INVOLVED IN THE INCIDENT PLACED AT THE REAR.

CHECKERED FLAG -LEADER HAS FINISHED THE RACE, THE BALANCE OF THE FIELD TAKES THE CHECKERED FLAG IN THE SAME LAP. FINISHING POSITIONS WILL BE DETERMINED BY THE MOST LAPS TRAVELED. ALL CARS TAKING THE GREEN FLAG WILL RECEIVE A FINISHING POSITION.

BLACK FLAG -GO TO THE PITS IMMEDIATELY AND REPORT TO THE OFFICIAL AT THE STAGING AREA. THIS IS NOT A MANDATORY DISQUALIFICATION, THE OFFICIAL MAY GIVE THE DRIVER INFORMATIONAL DIRECTIVES (I.E. LEAKING, BROKEN PART, ETC.) OR INFORM HIM/HER OF DISQUALIFICATION. FAILURE TO OBEY THE BLACK FLAG AFTER BEING SHOWN OR INFORMED TWICE (2) WILL RESULT IN THE CAR NOT BEING SCORED FURTHER AND ADDITIONAL LAPS WILL NOT COUNT TOWARD FINISHING POSITIONS, DRIVER MAY ALSO BE FINED AND/OR SUSPENDED.

BLUE WITH YELLOW STRIPE FLAG -THIS FLAG INDICATES THAT FASTER LEAD LAP CARS ARE APPROACHING. MAINTAIN YOUR POSITION AND DO NOT CHANGE LANES UNTIL SAFE TO DO SO AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS OF STARTER.

*RACE PROCEDURES-OUR RACING PROGRAM IS BASED ON THE AVAILABILITY OF ENOUGH RACECARS QUALIFIED. IF THIS NUMBER IS NOT AVAILABLE, ALTERNATE SCHEDULING OR PROGRAMMING WILL BE USED. RACING EVENTS WILL BE "LINED-UP" IN VARIOUS WAYS TO ACCOMPLISH THE BEST RACING PROGRAM.

ANY EVENT IS COMPLETE WHEN OVER HALF OF THE SCHEDULED LENGTH HAS BEEN RUN BY THE LEADER OR TERMINATED BY THE OFFICIALS FOR SAFETY REASONS.

THE FLAGMAN / STARTER IS IN COMPLETE CONTROL OF ALL FLAGGING DECISIONS. NO PROTEST OR DISCUSSION ALLOWED ON ANY JUDGEMENT CALLS.

ON ALL ORIGINAL RESTARTS OF THE RACES OR ON DOUBLE FILE RESTARTS, NO CAR WILL BE ALLOWED TO PASS UNTIL THEY HAVE THE GREEN FLAG.

ON RESTARTS AND SINGLE FILE STARTS, AFTER THE GREEN FLAG HAS BEEN WAVED, CARS CAN PASS.

BOTH CARS IN THE FRONT ROW ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SETTING AN EVEN STEADY PACE FOR THE START OF THE RACE.

ALL RESTARTS AFTER ONE (1) COMPLETED LAP SHALL BE SINGLE FILE. THE LEADER SHALL GRADUALLY ACCELERATE TO MAINTAIN AN EVEN AND STEADY START.

WHEN THE CAUTION FLAG COMES OUT, ALL CARS ARE TO LINE UP SINGLE FILE (FALL BEHIND THE CAR DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF YOU). ALL POSITIONS ARE DECIDED BY THE LAST COMPLETED LAP, EXCEPT FOR CARS INVOLVED BEING SENT TO THE REAR OF THE FIELD. TRACK OFFICIALS WILL CHECK POSITIONS (BUT THIS CAN ONLY BE DONE WITH CARS IN SINGLE FILE). ANY DRIVER NOT FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS OF TRACK OFFICIALS CONCERNING LINE-UPS WILL BE PLACED AT THE REAR OF THE FIELD. IF THIS DIRECTION IS NOT FOLLOWED, THE DRIVER WILL BE BLACK FLAGGED AND SENT TO THE PITS. NO WARNINGS!

UNDER RED FLAG CONDITIONS DRIVERS NOT DIRECTLY INVOLVED IN A WRECK MUST REMAIN IN THEIR CARS UNLESS INSTRUCTED OTHERWISE BY TRACK OFFICIALS. IF DRIVERS ARE INSTRUCTED THAT THEY MAY EXIT CAR, THEY MUST MOVE AWAY FROM THEIR VEHICLES. ANY DRIVER TOUCHING THEIR CAR EXCEPT TO EXIT AND TO RE-ENTER THE CAR MAY BE PLACED AT THE REAR OF THE FIELD WHEN THE RACE IS RESTARTED (OFFICIALS WON'T TRY TO DETERMINE WHETHER YOU WERE JUST LOOKING OR MAKING ADJUSTMENTS). AT NO TIME IS WORK ON THE CAR TO BE ALLOWED WHILE ON THE TRACK, AT TRACK ENTRANCE OR TRACK EXIT BY DRIVER, CREW MEMBERS, OTHER DRIVERS, ETC. THIS INCLUDES CHECKING TIRES, OIL LEAKS, DRAGGING PARTS, ETC. FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THIS MAY RESULT IN BEING DISQUALIFIED AND/OR FINED.

ANY CAR MAY BE TAKEN TO THE PIT AREA DURING A YELLOW OR RED FLAG (ON RED FLAG NO CAR CAN MOVE UNTIL EMERGENCY SITUATION HAS BEEN BROUGHT UNDER CONTROL), BUT CARS MAY ONLY RE-ENTER UNDER DIRECTIONS FROM TRACK OFFICIALS AND USING EXTREME CAUTION.

ALL RACES SHALL BE RUN UNTIL THE LEADER RECEIVES THE CHECKERED FLAG. IN THE EVENT OF A YELLOW OR RED FLAG (AFTER THE LEADER HAS RECEIVED THE CHECKERED FLAG), ALL REMAINING CARS WHICH DID NOT COMPLETE THE LAP UNDER THE CHECKERED FLAG WILL BE SCORED ACCORDING TO THE LAST COMPLETED LAP WITH THOSE CARS BEING INVOLVED BEING SCORED AT THE REAR OF ALL CARS ON THAT LAP.

IN THE EVENT THE RACE IS HALTED DUE TO EXTREME CIRCUMSTANCE, AND THE RACE IS AT LEAST HALF COMPLETED, THE RACE WILL BE CHECKERED FLAGGED AND CONSIDERED COMPLETE WITH POSITIONS BEING DETERMINED BY THE LAST COMPLETED LAP. IF LESS THAN HALF OF THE LAPS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED, THE RACE WILL RESUME AT THE NEXT REGULARLY SCHEDULED EVENT. ONLY THOSE CARS THAT WERE ON THE TRACK AT THE TIME OF THE DELAY (IF A CAR IS IN THE PITS HIS/HER FINISH WILL BE BASED ON LAPS COMPLETED BEFORE DELAY) WILL BE ALLOWED TO FINISH.
